The West Island of Montreal Chamber of Commerce takes at heart the confidentiality and security of your personal information. We are cognisant that registering by internet may cause a certain uneasiness. The fully confidential methods that we employ ensure that all your personal information will be secure.

We have recourse to a technology called SSL (“secure socket layer”) for encrypting your personal information transmitted from your computer to the payment service « Monéris» . We also use a certified security service «GeoTrust», recognized and authorized by current internet navigators. However, all other personal information which is submitted to us (that includes messages sent via email) are not encrypted, unless notified in advance. Please do not send by email any information about your credit card or your password.

From our «Members Access» portion of the site, we ask certain information from our members which enables us to personalize your account and to facilitate the access to your visits to our site, in an effort to better inform you with regards to our services and activities. This information will never be known or sold to any other parties.

Terms & Conditions

All new memberships and renewed memberships are non-refundable.

All transactions are in canadian currency.

For all the Chambers activities, a 48 hours cancellation notice is required for any reimbursement.

All reimbursements must be submitted by email or by telephone.
