A New Direct Bus to YUL: Good News for West Island Business Travellers

ADM Aéroports de Montréal has just announced the launch of a new direct bus line between the REM Des Sources station and Montréal-Trudeau International Airport (YUL). For West Island professionals who travel frequently for business or welcome out-of-town clients, this is a practical and timely development.

Route 815: Fast, frequent, and traffic-free

Route 815 will operate from June 17 to October 19, 2026, covering the full summer season and the beginning of fall. During peak travel hours at YUL — between 1 p.m. and 8 p.m. — buses depart every 15 minutes. The trip from REM Des Sources to the airport takes under 20 minutes, bypassing road congestion entirely.

The initiative is the result of a collaboration between ADM Aéroports de Montréal, the Autorité régionale de transport métropolitain (ARTM), the Société de transport de Montréal (STM), CDPQ Infra and Pulsar.

Why this matters for our members

Ongoing large-scale construction around the airport has made driving increasingly unpredictable. Route 815 provides a reliable alternative for anyone who needs to be on time, whether catching a business flight or picking up a client.

The REM Des Sources station, already accessible from several points across the West Island via existing bus routes, now becomes an even more strategic gateway to YUL.

How to plan your trip

The WIMCC is proud to count YUL among its Elite Partners, and we welcome every initiative that makes life easier for businesses across our region.
