The WIMCC Recognizes Medtronic CryoCath, a West Island Business, Creates Jobs through a $10.7M Expansion Project

 Pointe-Claire, February 11, 2016—The West Island of Montreal Chamber of Commerce (WIMCC) congratulates Medtronic CryoCath for their $10.7M expansion project, which will be responsible for job creation in the West Island.

One Site for All Activities and Job Creation
For six decades, this Pointe-Claire business has focused on medical technologies. This project will not only allow Medtronic CryoCath to regroup all its activities in its Pointe-Claire site, but will also generate 47 positions that will be added to the 400 existing employees, over the next 3 years. Part of this project is funded by Investissement Québec, thanks to a recently announced $1.25M financial contribution.
