The WIMCC Will Welcome International Firm Traffic Tech to Kirkland in 2017
Pointe-Claire, February 17, 2016—The West Island of Montreal Chamber of Commerce (WIMCC) is pleased by the recent announcement that Traffic Tech, a member of the WIMCC, will be setting up operations in Kirkland, Québec, in the former Merck building. Over 500 employees will move into this location which is a clear indication of plans for future growth.
The building held by Broccolini is part of an initiative called Quartier Évolution. Both the WIMCC and Broccolini hope that this move will encourage other companies to take advantage of this opportunity in the West Island. This news adds new life to an already vibrant business community, more specifically to the Highway 40 industrial corridor which will in turn contribute to existing commercial and service businesses.
Traffic Tech will take possession of their new offices in November 2016 where operations will begin in March 2017.
