900 million dollars for finance important projects for the citizens of Lachine

On August 13, 2021, Joseph Huza, President and Executive Director, of the West Island of Montreal Chamber of Commerce (“WIMCC”), attended a press conference held by the Mayor of the Borough of Lachine, Ms. Maja Vodanović. The objective of this event was to unveil an investment of 900 million dollars to finance important projects for the benefit of the citizens of Lachine; the redevelopment of rue Notre-Dame, the redevelopment of Lachine East and the Tram, just to name a few. The WIMCC supports the business community and encourages the development of these projects.
