The WIMCC Recognizes TMI Climate Solutions for Creating Over 250 Jobs in Pointe-Claire.

Pointe-Claire, June 20th 2016—The West Island of Montreal Chamber of Commerce (WIMCC) congratulates TMI Climate Solutions for its $45M investment and for the creation of 250 jobs over three years in Pointe-Claire.

TMI Climate Solutions is a division of MiTek and specializes in manufacturing heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems. Their main clients are establishments where air quality control are capital, such as hospitals and governmental research centers. Their new 200,000 square feet plant is in operation since the beginning of this year and has over 100 employees.

A First Important Contract In Quebec
TMI recently obtained its first multi-million dollar order from a Quebec client, that prefers to remain anonymous for the moment.
Also, over 90 % of its production will be exported and its largest clients are mainly from the American Midwest.
