Certification of Documents in the West Island

Get Your Certificates of Origin Quickly and Easily

Our offices are open from Monday to Thursday for certification, but it is highly recommended to make appointment with Chantal Richard, Coordinator, Member Services. She can be contacted at 514 697-4228 extension 101.

Non members must coordinate and pay in advance for any certification of documents.

If you have documents that you would want us to stamp and that you are a member of the Chamber, here are the steps to follow:

  • Make sure that all of your documents are signed
  • Send an email to info@ccoim.ca with the documents in PDF
  • The documents will be sent back to you within 24 working hours (unless otherwise noted)
  • You will receive your invoice at the end of the month

Here is the procedure to follow for non-members:

  1. Send the documents that need to be certified to info@ccoim.ca via email.
  2. We will review the documents and send you a secure payment link for the certification fee.
  3. Upon receiving the payment, we will proceed with certifying the documents.
  4. The certified documents along with the invoice and payment confirmation will be returned to you within 24 business hours (unless otherwise notified).

Rates and Forms

Members’ Fee

$10.00 per document (plus taxes).

Non Members’ Fee

$25.00 per document (plus taxes).
