Certification of Documents in the West Island

Get Your Certificates of Origin Quickly and Easily

In light of the recent developments related to the COVID-19 situation, we would like to inform you that until further notice we will certify documents by email only. This is effective as of now.

 

If you have documents that you would want us to stamp and that you are a member of the Chamber, here are the steps to follow:

  • Make sure that all of your documents are signed
  • Send an email to info@ccoim.ca with the documents in PDF
  • The documents will be sent back to you within 24 working hours (unless otherwise noted)
  • You will receive your invoice at the end of the month

 

Here is the procedure to follow for non-members:

  1. Send the documents that need to be certified to info@ccoim.ca via email.
  2. We will review the documents and send you a secure payment link for the certification fee.
  3. Upon receiving the payment, we will proceed with certifying the documents.
  4. The certified documents along with the invoice and payment confirmation will be returned to you within 24 business hours (unless otherwise notified).

Rates and Forms

Members’ Fee

$10.00 per document (taxes included).

Non Members’ Fee

$20.00 per document (taxes included).

The fees noted above are per each original document for a total of 10 copies per document.

All other documents pertaining to the certificate of origin are considered original documents and the fee is applicable to each.
