This major project will create a new multifunctional living environment that fits into the era of ecological transition and will offer multiple business opportunities.

This informational breakfast (in French) is aimed at real estate and urban planning professionals who wish to discover investment opportunities in a sector undergoing transformation, understand the orientations of the Special Planning Program (SPP) for Saint-Charles Boulevard, interact directly with the mayor and his team, anticipate future calls for tenders and public-private partnerships, while networking with other sector professionals.

The project in brief

The Special Planning Program for Saint-Charles Boulevard proposes a complete metamorphosis of the sector that focuses on smart densification, sustainable active mobility and ecological transition.

The project includes the integration of a residential function adapted to the urban context with vertical functional mix that brings residents and services closer together. Development optimization favours compactness while creating a multimodal urban promenade welcoming pedestrians, cyclists and users of electrified transportation.

The beautification and greening of the urban interface will create quality identity landscapes while participating in resilience to climate change. The reduction of heat islands and ecological water management are part of this sustainable vision.

The public-private partnership component focuses on collaboration with developers for progressive implementation, integration of developments in redevelopment projects and a development perspective spread over 10 years.
